1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the UnoBiz AI platform, including its website, dashboards, chatbots, integrations, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

UnoBiz AI provides tools that help users create, configure, manage, and deploy AI assistants. Features may include knowledge-base processing, AI-generated responses, conversation management, lead capture, appointment booking, and subscription management.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents, business information, chatbot configuration, messages, and other content you submit to UnoBiz AI. You grant UnoBiz AI the limited permission needed to host, process, retrieve, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your content, and you must ensure that its use complies with applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use UnoBiz AI to violate laws or third-party rights, distribute harmful or fraudulent material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, abuse usage limits, or submit content that you do not have permission to process.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others. UnoBiz AI does not guarantee that every response will be accurate, current, or free from errors.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are billed according to the plan and billing terms presented at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscription status, payment identifiers, and related billing information may be used to manage your account and access to paid features.

9. Intellectual Property

UnoBiz AI and its underlying software, design, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform or its materials to you.
